Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can start your 30-day free trial without entering a credit card.
What happens after the free trial?
If you haven't subscribed, your account pauses and your booking page goes offline, so clients can't book. Nothing is deleted. Add a payment method and choose a plan, and everything comes back automatically.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. BarberBook works in the browser on any phone or computer.
Do customers need a password?
No account or password needed. Customers book with their phone number — email is optional. The first time they book they confirm their number with a text code; after that, booking is instant. They also get text reminders.
Can I use BarberBook for a salon?
Yes. BarberBook works for barbershops and beauty salons. You create your own list of services and prices.
Can customers cancel an appointment?
Customers can cancel from My Bookings or from the link in their confirmation email, then book a new time whenever they like.
How do I share my booking page with customers?
Every shop gets a unique booking link and a downloadable QR code, both available from your dashboard.
Can I subscribe before the trial ends?
Yes, whenever you're ready. Billing starts as soon as you subscribe, and unused trial days don't carry over.
